Track validated incidents, affected assets, priority markets, audience or sales signals, consumer risk, and unresolved high-impact cases.
Operational metrics
Measure time from detection to review, evidence completeness, duplicate rate, escalation time, and submissions per validated case. Speed should not come at the expense of accuracy.
Outcome metrics
Record removal, restriction, rejection, clarification, restoration, and account-level action. Use consistent labels across platforms.
Durability metrics
Monitor relisting, repeat actors, mirror domains, reappearance time, and whether the underlying network remains active.
Quality metrics
Review false-positive findings, withdrawn reports, platform feedback, and decisions changed after specialist review.
Use metrics to improve priorities and controls, not to reward report volume. The most useful dashboard shows whether meaningful exposure is declining and why.
